History by Gil Hoffman:

The Triangle Lumber Company was a partnership composed of W. W. Gary, Frank Conkling and Chester Korn. Company headquarters were originally at the Korn-Conklin Company, in Cincinnati, Ohio, and later at Memphis, Tennessee. In late 1915, the company began operating a hardwood sawmill with a cutting capacity of 40,000 feet per day at Percy, Washington County. W. W. Gary was in charge of this mill.

In May 1920, the partnership was dissolved with W. W. Gary buying the interest of his two partners. In early 1923 the mill at Percy became part of the W. W. Gary Lumber Company, of Valley Park, Mississippi.
