History by Tony Howe:

Alexander Brothers, which succeeded H. H. Alexander, was incorporated at Belzoni, Washington County, in December 1911 by H. H. Alexander, M. D. Alexander and C. P. Alexander with $30,000 in capital stock.  A hardwood mill of 20,000 feet daily cutting capacity was operated.

The company also operated a hardwood mill at Red Gum, LA in the 1920's.
